Intermountain Web was asked to deliver a managed hosting solution to showcase the Vantage Point Internet Services
Software from Hewlett-Packard.
HP WebCheck is a highly visible marketing tool which expands out to HP channel partners
and resellers and therefore requires high-availability and scalability.
Intermountain Web designed, developed and deployed the hardware, software and network to ensure
a successful solution. Our ability to modify our initial plan as the requirements changed and the reality of the
growth of the site became apparent was a key factor to the success of this project.
Case Study: Utah.com
The Official Travel Site of the State of Utah needed a robust and scalable hosting platform to meet the
demands of increasing Internet traffic as the Winter Olympics drew near.
Intermountain Web designed and deployed a hardware and software solution which minimized the costs while
allowing Utah.com to handle the spikes in Internet traffic.
We also ensured that sufficient Internet bandwidth was available to serve their ongoing needs as traffic grew after
the Games were over.
